Two brutal "Metallic Hardcore" Bands. Clevelands INTEGRITY & RINGWORM Integrity still hold the title for heaviest band out of the two, but I love how both bands are continuing to spreading their aggressive & unholy views on the world. I can't wait to see Ringworm live in September..............
